Seems like Lauren has been getting more than her fair share of press on the old blog these days so I snapped this shot of Grace today while she was pretending to be a dragon. Title aside, Grace seems to have outgrown her terrible-twos and is moving closer and closer to the gleeful threes (we hope). Her personality has really come alive and she's loving her time at preschool where the teachers assure us she is nothing short of a genius (in diapers). Her passions these days include her collection of Thomas trains, playing "monster" and dance parties with Lauren. While we're happy Grace is growing up and becoming a "big girl", I"m also thankful she's still my baby who can bathe in the sink.

Chicago
Well, we must not have worn out the grandparents in Disneyland because they willingly agreed to watch the kids while we escaped to Chicago for the weekend. We had some of the best food and drink of our lives - and that's saying a lot. The weather held out so that we were able to explore the city on land and water. Here are some pics from Millenium Park.

Holiday Baking
